Soho and Chinatown start at the end of the street, so pre-show dining is a two-minute walk in almost any direction. Outside food and drink may not be brought into the auditorium.

There is level access into the foyer, box office, bars and kiosks, but the theatre has no customer lift and the seating levels are otherwise reached by stairs. Step-free access to the Dress Circle is via the accessible entrance on Wardour Street, which leads directly to two wheelchair spaces, with transfer seating available in Dress Circle Row D.
